A New Backyard Ultra Arrives!
We’re thrilled to be hosting our very first Backyard Ultra, in the beautiful surroundsing within Turvey House, Bedford, Bedfordshire. Inspired by the worldwide phenomenon, our event follows the classic format — but with our own local twist.
Run Solo or Pairs (alternate loops)
It’s a simple concept with endless possibilities:
Run a 4.167-mile loop every hour, on the hour… until only one runner is left.
All runners that do not cross the start line on the new hour are classed as DNF
There’s no set distance. No set finish time. Just you, the trail, and the clock.
(No matter how many loops you complete at this event it will be a PB !)
