Excited to have just finished off the 2nd Edition of the Paradise Backyard (Bronze Event) in the beautiful town of Paradise, Newfoundland, Canada. With 37 laps being set as the record by two time champ Peter Thompson (Assist to Matt Doyon) – we are hoping to get past two full days next May!.
Inviting runners from all over to compete with local ‘fast’ trail and road runners! The race sold in out in 3 mins last year and we will be opening registration up towards the end of October – after the worlds.
Taking place May 29th, 2026 – Conception Bay and the North Atlantic will be full of icebergs and whales! Something to do while you get ready to rock Da Rock!!

The course is relatively flat and on graded trail. Starts in a park and has runners go 1k down and back on a track before lapping Octagon Pond. With over 200 runners you will have company to get you well past the night. Please come visit our beautiful rock in the Atlantic Ocean. If Icebergs, cod, and whales are your thing, then this is the place to go. If you want to find friendly people, all are welcome!!
